We had to take our partners & pay .25.

Howard Jensen came in from the reserve to go with me. We had door prizes & novelty dances & served cookies & punch. I danced with Harold Smith, Oliver, Kenneth, Warren, Albert, Howard, Stewart, Marvin & another kid.

I got pretty brave after having to ask for all my dances.
