attending U. of Utah for Art, but since Dad was going to Ariz. indefinitely it was thot best for me to return home to help mother.  I rode home with Bp Toone & 2 daughters via, yellowstone - poor wet weather 4 days on way.

Arrived in Cardston June 21st 1928 & in Leth. on June 25th, Mother's Birthday.

Mother has resp's [responsibilities] &^{2 mos.} worries while dad is away but he returns safely on July 27th 1928 on train from Butte, having come that far by auto.  Had great visit with relatives & toured thru Arizona.  That night mother & Dad went visiting & Violent electric storm about 10.Pm till 12 Pm.
