About the middle of January, mother went to California with Aunt Ruth & & baby with cleft palate. Aunt Elna, Cecil Cormack. There she investigated business possibliities & took course on health returning in first part of February.
During this her absence I kept house for Uncle Virgil & boys (near in Winslow. In Winslow I associated with Grace & Hazel Cormack. Dot Copeland - Went to play & dance, had candy pulls.
