Wednes Friday 19th
I took kids to Midway. Very hot.

At 9 PM. Marv Tom, Oliver & I take Glad, Marie Redd, Rith Ursenbach to dance. Go on rides & have a swell time. Ruth Ursenbach has been here to or 3 wks but stays with Winona at Barnwell most of time. 

Marv. received call from Pres. Grant. to East -Can. mission - 2 year. To report in S.L.C. in September.
