Around the wall of which were raised pictures in stone depicting Christ's Crucifixion; just before & after. 

We then walked up the hill next to the mission known as Calvary, in one side of which, half way up - lay a brightly colored tomb: over a cement basin and in front of which from one point of the dugout to the other - was a tall steel fancy railing or fence. Above the tomb on the edge of the hill stood the Madonna & in beautifully colored robes - a statue in stone looking up with spiritual expression.
