tire, slight radiator damage & bad jolts, breaking windshield & front right hand window. Lois Mother & I in front. June & Virg. thrown around in back but not hurt past a shock. ^{Mother sore chest from steering wheel.}

I was only one damaged. Received three gashes in forehead, one on lip & sprained finger bruised skin. No pain but forehead bled profusely. 

The trunk on front bumper smashed, saving bad damage to engine ^{radiator & motor}. Tourists drove me back to Parowan to Dr. who applied a compress & sent me to Hospital at Cedar City 19 miles back. other & kids went also. I was taken
