working for "Gene" Hayes [Gene Hayes] on a power bailer baler. We were out most of the winter near Grove and Alexander, Idaho. The next summer I worked for Walter on the farm.

During the summer I thought of college but couldn't seem to find a way to attend. However, something did come my way. Before I start a description of my college days, however, there are a few incidents and thoughts about my earlier life I would like to relate.
