A terribly large crowd at Lakes (54,000) cars reg. over weekend, 20,000 upwards people. Camping spaces crowded with tents, cottage filled. Don 12 trips fishing.

Mon night Mother drives home with Oliver & Glad at 7:30 PM. I stay for dance with Bee. W. Berna & return with them. Mr Jowell[…] K. Donaldson & big "stude" is wrecked between Card. & Macleod & six passengers injured.
